Furness Fishing Association manage several fisheries at Roanhead just north of Dalton in Furness together with Ormsgill Reservoir on the western side of Barrow in Furness and Mere Tarn near Scales to the east of Dalton.

Their waters are too numerous and varied to describe individually and that particular job is more than adequately done on their own website.

Suffice to say that coarse anglers in the Furness Peninsula are well served. FFA have an active junior section and a comprehensive programme of matches and events throughout the year.
